What We Accept
We accept both returns and exchanges under the conditions outlined below. We ask that you read this policy carefully, as our timelines are strict and exist to protect both you and us.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will exchange it at absolutely no extra cost to you: no return shipping fee, no hassle.
Important Condition:
You must inspect your order at the time of delivery and report any damage to us immediately, before the delivery person leaves.
We understand this feels urgent, and it is. Because once a package has been accepted and the courier has left, we have no way of verifying whether the damage occurred during transit or afterward. This policy protects you just as much as it protects us.
How to report damage:
Contact us instantly via WhatsApp at the time of delivery with a clear unboxing video or photo of the damaged item and its packaging. Reports made after the delivery has been accepted will unfortunately not be eligible for an exchange or return.
Change of Mind / Item Not as Expected
If you receive your order in perfect condition but would like to return it for any other reason, we offer a full refund to your original bank account.
Delivery charges are non-refundable. Only the product amount will be refunded.
You must report your return request within 24 hours of delivery.
Once your request is approved, you must dispatch the item the very next day.
The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer in this case.
Strictly Non-Returnable
The following cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:
- Items where damage was not reported at the time of delivery
- Items that have been used, worn, or altered
- Items returned without original packaging
- Items reported after the 24-hour window has passed
We have this policy in place because once a product leaves our hands and is accepted by the customer, we cannot determine the cause of any damage that is reported later. We hope you understand, this keeps things fair and transparent for everyone.
